IMPORTANT NOTICE: Update on TruStage services and support – 09/02/2026

We want to share an update regarding TruStage, one of our insurance and financial services partners, and its ongoing recovery from a recent cybersecurity attack that significantly impacted critical technology infrastructure.

TruStage has shared that it continues to make progress through its business continuity efforts. We understand that service disruptions can be frustrating, especially when you need help with a claim, policy, payment or other financial matter. Please know that we are staying closely connected with TruStage and will continue to share updates as we receive approved information. At this time, please use TruStage’s support channels provided below for your specific product or need.

Members who need to file a claim have two options:

• Visit trustage.com/startclaim

• Call the Claims and Servicing Contact Center Monday through Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm EST at 800.356.2644.

  • Temporary Saturday servicing support is available from 8:00am to 2:00pm EST

Members who need servicing assistance, have policy questions, or wish to make a payment should call the Claims and Servicing Contact Center at 800.356.2644 or visit the online forms through the TruStage outage hub at https://www.trustage.com/outage/individual.

Please note that TruStage is NOT currently sending delinquency notices, suggesting new policies through other companies or requesting payment through unsolicited communications. The best telephone number for members to reach TruStage for customer service is 1-800-356-2644.

What You Can Do to Stay Alert

Secure Your Information: Be cautious of unexpected phone calls, emails, or text messages claiming to be from TruStage or Honda Federal Credit Union. If you believe the contact may be legitimate, contact Honda Federal Credit Union or the company yourself. You can find phone numbers and websites on the monthly statements you receive from your financial institution, or you can look the company up in a phone book or on the Internet. The key is that you should be the one to initiate the contact, using contact information that you have verified yourself.

VISA Alerts: Get near real-time credit and debit card transaction notification to help you identify possible fraudulent activities as soon as they occur. You can select the alerts you'd like to receive when you enroll.

Digital Banking Account Alerts: Setup account alerts through text, email, voice or secure message regarding your Honda FCU account.

Review Your Account: Log in to online or mobile banking to verify your recent activity. If something seems unfamiliar, contact us right away.
