On Monday, Intuit posted three security alerts on its website warning of phishing emails. The alert says the fake email warns recipients that suspicious attempts have been made to log into their accounts and directs them to a web link to "verify your identity on our system". The Anthem Inc., hackers gained access to their computer system and got information including names, medical ID's, Social Security Numbers and birthdays. With this information, the hackers can apply for credit cards with the victims' names, attempt to reset passwords to their accounts and file fraudulent tax returns.
