What is my Audrey Access Code?

Your Audrey Access Code is a unique confidential four-digit number that only you know that you use to identify yourself to Audrey when you call her. We cannot provide you with that number, as it is confidential information. However, we can set it to an unsecured number temporarily so that you can gain access to the system and change it to a more secure number.

Is the Audrey Access Code the same as my ATM/Check Card Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

No, the Audrey Access Code is a separate unique number. However, if you would prefer to use the same number you can change your Audrey Access Code yourself to the same four-digit PIN you use for your ATM card. Please remember to keep both numbers very confidential.

How do I change my Audrey Access Code?

Call Audrey and provide her with your account number, then press the pound (#) key, then enter your current Audrey Access code, then press the pound key. At this point, Audrey provides you with the main menu of choices. TO change your Access Code, select Additional Options menu (7). Then select Change Audrey Preferences (2) from the Additional Options menu. Then select Change Audrey Access Code (1) from the Change Audrey Preferences menu. Audrey will ask you for your new four-digit access code, followed by the pound sign. Then she will tell you what you have entered for verification purposes. Finally, tell Audrey that you’d like to accept the change by pressing 1 and the pound key. If you would like to cancel the change, press 9 and the pound key.

What is a Share or Loan ID?

Our primary member database uses two-digit numbers to identify accounts within your membership account. For example, we use the 00 Share ID for Regular Savings accounts. This two-digit ID is required in order for Audrey to differentiate one account from another. Other IDs that are typically used include 10 for your first checking account, 50 for your first loan or Visa account, and 94 for your Business Visa. You can find a complete list of your valid Share and Loan IDs on your statements.

Can I use Audrey when I am traveling abroad?

Yes, you can call Audrey from anywhere in the world, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You may need to dial special AT&T access numbers prior to dialing 800-63-HONDA. There may also be some toll charges for the call.
