Mobile Banking Information Center

Welcome to Honda Federal Credit Union’s Mobile Banking Service!

As a member of Honda FCU, you can now access Internet Banking from internet-enabled mobile devices. Mobile Banking is FREE to all members and provides you easy access to check your accounts and move money anytime, anywhere you are.

Access to your account via mobile banking goes through multifactor authentication for security purposes, fully encrypted end to end using SSL technology.

How To Access Mobile Banking:
Find the phone type you will be using below and follow the instructions.

iPhone:
Visit the App Store and search for Honda FCU. Download the application, install, and then click on it to sign on to register your device prior to Internet Banking access. To register your device, use your internet banking logon ID and Password. By doing so, this will initiate the system to email you further instructions at the email address we have on file. Retrieve the email and follow the instructions. There is this one additional step to register your device before you can use mobile banking with our system.

Android Phone:
Visit the App Store and search for Honda FCU. Download the application, install, and then click on it to sign on to register your device prior to Internet Banking access.

To register your device, use your internet banking logon ID and Password. By doing so, this will initiate the system to email you further instructions at the email address we have on file. Retrieve the email and follow the instructions. There is this one additional step to register your device before you can use mobile banking with our system.

Blackberry:
Visit https://m.hondafcu.org from a browser on your Blackberry phone
to locate the software you should download to access mobile banking. Once you have this software, log into your Honda FCU internet banking account using your user ID and password.

To register your device, use your internet banking logon ID and Password. By doing so, this will initiate the system to email you further instructions at the email address we have on file. Retrieve the email and follow the instructions. There is this one additional step to register your device before you can use mobile banking with our system.

Phone Web Broswer (WAP):
To access mobile banking from your phone’s browser, you must have internet access enabled on your device and it must support cookies.

Go to https://m.hondafcu.org to log into Honda FCU’s internet banking. To register your device, use your internet banking logon ID and Password. By doing so, this will initiate the system to email you further instructions at the email address we have on file. Retrieve the email and follow the instructions. There is this one additional step to register your device before you can use mobile banking with our system.

Via Texting (SMS):
Text mobile banking allows you to fetch your account balances and recent account history by sending a text (SMS) message to Honda FCU Mobile Banking. Click on the video link below for detailed information (it may take more than a few seconds to load):

To Enroll in Text (SMS) mobile banking, log into the mobile banking web site (https://m.hondafcu.org) from either your phone or desktop and then select the “SMS Settings” menu and follow the directions.

Once your mobile phone is enrolled, you may send the following commands:

  • HONDAFCU B to fetch all account balances
  • HONDAFCU H to fetch the five most recent transactions for all accounts
  • HONDAFCU H ACCT to fetch the five most recent transactions for all accounts (e.g. HONDAFCU H S01)
  • HONDAFCU X source dest amount to transfer dollar amount from source account to destination account (e.g. HONDAFCU X S00 L01 50.00)
  • HONDAFCU HELP to fetch list of available commands
  • HONDAFCU QUIT to deactivate text (SMS) mobile banking
    The commands are not case sensitive. For example, you can use ‘hondafcu b’ as well as ‘HONDAFCU B’ to fetch balances.

    If you lose your phone:
    If you have accessed mobile banking with Honda FCU and then lose your phone, we suggest that you contact your phone service provider as soon as possible to disable your phone. Honda FCU can disable the phone device upon request.
