Convenience Services Automatic Bill Payments This program allows for automatic payment by check of any monthly fixed amount bill. By paying most fixed expenses automatically, budget management is a snap. Bill Payments are planned and Payroll Deduction is started to pull equal amounts each pay period and accumulate an amount in time for your Bill Payment. Honda Federal Credit Union collects a low fee for each transaction to cover postage and handling each month.
