Through Internet Banking, you can manage your finances from the computer anytime of the day or night. Here are some of the things you are able to do:
- View Deposit and Loan Account Balances and History
- Download account history to money management software such as Quicken or MS Money
- Pay bills through Internet Bill Pay
- Transfer funds from one account to another within the same membership
- Make loan payments to HFCU loans
- Establish recurring transfers from/to share and loan accounts
- View monthly Deposit and Visa statements online (eStatements)
- Open new share/deposit accounts through eShares
- Apply for a loan
- Send messages to HFCU with account questions or comments.
- Set up Account Alerts
- Set up Transfers from one membership to another membership (Cross Account Transfers)
- Withdraw funds by check
- Stop Payment on a check
- Change your Password
- Change your email address on file
- Manage share certificates (CD)
- Make deposits online (eZDeposit - for qualified members)
To sign up for internet banking, click on the wording titled "First Time Internet Banking User? Register Here", located by the third arrow below the Internet Banking Sign On box in the upper left hand corner of our home page. Follow the instructions provided.
To sign up for Internet Bill Payment, you must first sign up for Internet
Banking and provide us your email address. Once in Internet Banking, click on the Bill Pay - Enroll button located on the left side navigation bar. The bill payment feature is free for the first six months;
after that, it's $6 per month for unlimited bill payments. But, if you sign up for eStatements
Bill Payment is free as long as you keep eStatements!
To sign up for eStatements, you must first sign up for Internet Banking and provide us your email address. Then, click on the eStatement button located on the left side navigation bar. Accept the terms and conditions, and you are then enrolled in eStatements! You will receive a monthly notification when your statements are ready to view. Month end statements are usually ready by the 4th business day of the month. Visa statements are ready by the 4th business day after your billing cycle closes.
